Core Features

Capacity

We produce circular knives up to 500mm, straight knives up to 3000mm, serrated knives with different shapes of teeth, razor knives and customized knives.

We are able to make knives in material carton steel, AISI 52100(DIN 1.2067), AISI D2(DIN 1.2379), AISI M2(DIN 1.3343), Tunstun carbide, SS420, SS440. We also can do knives in solid material and inlay material.

After-sales service

We do after-sales service for our customer, such as grinding on circular knives and straight knives. We also do CNC machining, lapping finish, Tin coating and Chrome coating .

Lapping Finish

For most rotary slitting knives and seperator spacers, lapping finish is key for a high precision slitting units. We have the capacity of lapping finish up to 0.001m (0.00025") tolerance

Coating Service

Coating is used to improve hardness, lifetime and anti-rust. A good coating saves cost for customer. We have the capacity to coating blades with Tin, Chrome and Ceramic .

Grinding Service

We offer after-sales grinding service for both straight knives and circular knives. We have the capacity to grind and re-sharp knives for straight knives (below 2000mm) and circular knives (below 500mm)
